This is the same request that starts Owen’s walkthrough process — he or Sofia calls you back personally, usually the same day, with a crew size, truck size, and hourly rate for your Newton-area move, never a rerouted call-center rep.
Most of what shows up below came in after the truck pulled out of the driveway, once someone had a chance to notice whether the walls got scuffed, whether the piano made it down the stairs in one piece, or whether the crew that showed up matched what got promised on the phone. We don’t filter these before they post.
